Personal Data means all information that can identify you as a natural person, such as name, address, email, telephone number, tax number, or credit card details.

  • Transaction information when making a purchase through our website;

In order to comply with some of the assumptions mentioned above, iHCare SA may transmit User Personal Data to companies belonging to the iHCare SA Group or to subcontracted third parties to provide support services, such as financial organizations, anti-fraud entities, service providers of technological, logistical and customer services and/or transaction analysis services carried out on the Platform with the aim of offering users sufficient guarantees in the context of commercial operations, etc.

Your data will not be used for purposes other than those for which you gave your consent.

If you do not wish to provide your data, you will be unable to purchase our products, or access information about certain services, offers, promotions and content related to the company, associates or partners.

The personal data you provide to us will be processed for the purposes described in point 2 of these Terms and Conditions, by iHCare SA, and its subsidiaries.

Therefore, the company iHCare SA is responsible for the processing of your personal data, whether by automated means or not, from collection, organization, conservation to deletion, guaranteeing the confidentiality of all data provided by you.

iHCare SA is guided by strict compliance with the rules regarding the processing of personal data, which are currently provided for in Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016.

iHCare SA ensures that the data collected is strictly necessary to fulfill customer management purposes (including profiling); marketing and advertising, purchase invoicing, deliveries and complaints.

iHCare SA only uses subcontractors that present sufficient guarantees of application of the GDPR (EU 2016/679) and the internal privacy and data protection policy of the data controller and that ensure the defense of the data subject’s rights.

 

4. Term and conservation of Personal Data

Your data will be kept for a period of five years from the granting of this consent or, if you have signed a purchase or service provision contract with us, your data will be kept for a period of ten years from the date of the last purchase made, or by longer period if the law so establishes.

At any time, and free of charge, you can exercise the right to ask iHCare SA to:

  • Request the rectification of your personal data;
  • Request the deletion of your personal data;
  • Request the limitation of the processing of your Personal Data;

If there is a legally imposed obligation that overrides these rights, iHCare SA will justify the respective refusal.
